Rule 90
If a purchase agreement cannot be concluded for the provision of
rations as per the instructions, or if such agreement is violated, or if a public body breaks the purchase agreement in accordance with the Act or this regulation, the head of such body shall initiate a new procurement process within fifteen days and if the new process is not concluded The ration should be fed as per the instructions of the Taluk Office by sending a written letter for the instructions of the Taluk Office.
